Amazon Plans Facility at Manhattan Business Park

On May 20, the Manhattan City Commission approved a purchase and sale contract with Amazon.com Services LLC for 16 acres of City-owned land at the Manhattan Business Park, located adjacent to the Manhattan Regional Airport.

Preliminary site plans indicate an approximately 70,000 square foot facility with significant parking and vehicular circulation infrastructure to support operations.
